Van and Becky met at Trevecca Nazarene College in Nashville and married in 1981. They have four children and five grandchildren, and both are ordained elders in the Church of the Nazarene.
After serving in youth ministry from 1993 to 2009 across Alabama, Pennsylvania, and Florida, they answered the call to North Fort Myers in 2009. Their ministry beats with one word — heart holiness — and a deep love for this community.
Heather has been singing since childhood and leads our worship as a true calling. Married to her husband Rick, she came to North Fort Myers and quickly became part of the family here.
Week after week, she invites the whole congregation into God's presence with heartfelt, Christ-centered worship.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Dana moved to North Fort Myers with her husband, Jim, and mom, Margie, in 2025. She was raised in the Wesleyan Church and was part of the merger of the Wesleyan Methodist and Pilgrim Holiness denominations in the 1960s. Dana's parents were part of a gospel quartet, and the family often harmonized together in their home.
Dana was part of the worship team at Highland Park Christian Church in South Louisville, and we are so thrilled to have her leading in worship at NFM Naz. Dana testifies, "God has been so good to me and my family, and I am grateful that He led us to a loving, Bible-based church to be a part of."
